The Christian Orthodox Society was founded at the University of Surrey in 1998 by students who wanted to express themselves within a multicultural environment. Since then, the Society undertook the role and responsibility of organising Orthodox Liturgies within the Guildford Cathedral and also making the effort to bring together people who share the same faith.
